Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
All of our garments are returnable, however garments cannot be returned due to change of mind purchases. There should be a valid reason- Does not fit, something funtionally wrong with the garment, etc. Garments cannot be returned due to damage if care instructions have not been followed.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Garments should be returned within 20 days of purchase.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please email info@ardentgymwear.com to recieve further instruction.

HOW do customers return items?
Tell the customer how to return items, what documentation they need etc.

CREDIT for returns?
Customers will recieve a store credit, to use for the online store. Credit code can be gifted to another person if they choose.

Instore return option?
At this stage we do not have any brick and mortar locations. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Packing materials?
Do items need to be in orginal packaging for returns? Yes please. Please retain original packaging and tags for the return.
